FLEX (Cubs) - Fun Leadership Experience
This is a for-youth-by-youth leadership program aimed towards Cubs. We invite you to come out and learn about leadership and refine existing skills all while having fun and meeting some new fellow Cubs.

FOCUS (Venturers & Rovers) - Future Of Canada United in Scouting
This training course is for young leaders wanting to learn about situational leadership developing teamwork and setting personal goals. This is a for-youth-by-youth leadership program aimed towards Venturers and Rovers. We invite you to come out and learn about leadership and refine existing skills all while having fun and meeting some new fellow Venturers and Rovers. This course is a pre-requisite for most Jamboree Log Jam and Wolf Howl Offers-of-Service.

FOCUS Module
Venturer Executive Training
Members of Venturer Companies can attend this course to learn about the roles and responsibilities of each Executive. This half-day course provides job descriptions and guidance on how to be a strong peer leader as an elected officer of a Venturer Company.
Training will be available when the updated training package is completed by the National Youth Network.
If you are 14 years and above and helping as a Scouter-in-Training/Activity Leader with other Sections you are eligible to take Wood Badge I course of your Section with the recommendation of the Section Leader.
